Adora consults with various international and US brands, in the areas of business development, distribution strategies, US market intelligence and product development. In addition, she is the Vice President of Sales for Imprima North America for Guarisco & KBC, responsible for the expansion of the North America business. Market focuses: Luxury fashion, Consumer Goods, Architectural Hardware.

In 2015, Adora was the Executive Vice President of Sales and Merchandising at Ghurka.  As Chief Merchant and Head of Revenue, Adora led the relaunch of this luxury heritage men's leather goods brand into the arena of women's leather goods.  In this role, she created the women's design concept, modernized the men's design concept and led product development for both categories as well as retail, wholesale and e-commerce sales.

As the Executive Director of Sales of Accessories at Chanel from September 2002 to October 2013, she developed US Chanel accessory business from $20+M to over $200+M, achieving 9 benchmark years for Chanel USA.  Adora played a pivotal role in business development, compliance, training, visual merchandising and marketing strategies during her 11+ years at Chanel.

Previously, she worked as a Sales Manager for Showroom Seven from 2001 to 2002.  Her experiences include working in Hong Kong as both a Regional Manager at Calvin Klein Asia from 1998 to 1999 and as the Regional Manager of Bluebell Asia from 1994 to 1998.

Adora's breath of experience allows her to be a leading strategic business specialist, with a deep knowledge and expertise of US and Asia Pacific markets .  Adora received her Bachelor of Sciences in Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
